Testing Testing
Wrote 5 strips today and I'm currently still messing around with video.
The bad news: Pinnacle is a wonderful product when it works. It's not working. I don't think it WILL work any time soon and that's that.
The worse news: Adobe Premiere was waaaaaaaaaaay too complex for me to figure out.
The semi-good news: I was able to get an upgrade to my old copy of Ulead Video Studio to version 7.0. So far it let me crop video so I was able to get two of the files that I wanted to use in order to take out the extra video. It rendered them both in about 20 minutes tops. Compare this to Adobe Premiere, which told me it was going to be NINE HOURS for it to render the cropped file.
The up in the air: I still couldn't figure out complex menus in Video Studio so I bought their Movie Maker 2 software. I'm downloading it now and between the two, I'm crossing my fingers to hope and to dream that this is going to work.
