Just a heads up that Jim Finch (or a representative from this site) has never claimed to have created owned, have anything to do with the administration of owned, or promised “official” tech support for owned. He cannot help restore your account, restore any money you’ve lost or combat hackers/stalkers/ex-boyfriends. Those are things that are handled by Facebook and the makers of owned. While he does provide advice, he can do nothing more for you than say, “Oh, I’m sorry to hear that, did you contact tech support?” So please remember that before contacting him.
Also, please note that due to a dramatic increase in questions, we’ll be doing weekly updates of the FAQ in order to cover questions posed in emails and in comments. So if you don’t get an email or a response, look for it here in the FAQ. Oh, and in order to save time, please check the FAQ before contacting. Things like “How do I delete the application?” have been covered in detail. It’s there if ya look.

Yeah, where can I find Tech support. My owned account is not working and hasn’t beeen for the past few days. I can’t invite any more friends which I make $100,000 off of nor get the log into bonus which is another $40,000. Please let me know what bugs are going on with the system. I weant this problem solve as soon as possible. Thanks. Dave.
