THE TOP 25 IS FULL OF CHEATERS! WHAT CAN BE DONE?
Nothing really. You can report those you suspect of having multiple accounts to Facebook. But otherwise, there’s nothing you can do about it.
When ancient cavemen created the first game (probably involving hitting little things with a big stick) it took two minutes for another caveman to figure out how to cheat (you wait until caveman #1 hits all the little things, then you hit caveman #1 over the head with your stick and take his stuff).
Cheating is part of society. Cheating is part of nearly every game. The Owned cheats are like roaches. You’ll never kill them off. They’ll just find new and interesting ways of making the top 25.
The smart thing to do is avoid the thrown downs, the battle of wills, the big long message board posts, and accept the fact that it’s broken. The cheats are exploiting that and no amount of chest beating will change it.

face it. cheating couldn’t happen if OWNED was properly written. It’s one of the many, many pointless facebook applications written by retards. If you’re not fully enjoying the OWNED experience, that’s God telling you to get a life, or wait until somebody makes something similar without the flaws. Although, even without the flaws, the only way to make enough money to buy people who are being seriously competed for is to buy lots and lots of women you have no interest in, so this dooms it to being a shallow slave trade for a start. Then for seconds, the fastest growing values are fake slutty pictures, so you’re playing something crass, you’re cheating, or you’re not competing.
