ONE OF MY PICTURES IS GONE, HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

You can’t. Pictures are removed for a variety of reasons. Some are removed due to bugs, some are removed due to being against the rules of Facebook, some vanish when the person who put them up decides to delete the application. In any case, you’re not going to get a refund.

ALL OF MY PICTURES AND MONEY ARE GONE! WHAT DO I DO?

Not much of anything other than starting over. There’s a bug in the system that acts exactly like you had deleted the application so it deletes everything. It’s a random bug and your only real option is to send a complaint to the developer and start over.

I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED ONE OF MY PICTURES, CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?

Nope. Once a picture is deleted, the money associated with the picture is also deleted. There’s no way of getting it back.
