HOW DO I CONTACT THE OWNER OF OWNED TO COMPLAIN (IN GENERAL)
In the past, you’d see an occasional post by the developer on the Owned Message Boards. These days, however, the only real way is to click Facebook Customer Support, select “Owned” out of the list and write the developer a note.

hi can any body help me and my wife are both worth about 4.000,000,000 each on owned but we seem to be stuck around the 2,000,000,000 mark on the rankings tried sending messages but to no avail wondered if its just us or has any one had similar problem thanks in advance

I wanted to let you know there is a bug in the system.
My amount is stuck at L$64,552 - and it does not matter if I buy or sell, it does not change.
Could you take a look at that?

My money is stuck too on 6 mil and i have lost some expensive pics while it has been stuck, i tried buying, selling, human gifts and even cash out, all not changing the lunch money amount!

hi there i have been getting bought on facebook owned but for some reason i not getting any profit for someone buying my pics my lad garry bainbridge was the owner of my a couple of my pics that were bought and he did not get his money back either is there anyway this can be fixed please thank you would be much appreciated if it could be

I was wondering if you could help like other comments that i have just read my cash seams to be stuck i have had expencive pics brought off me and i have been brought but the cash dont go up…please get back to me ..thankyou!

To the stuck issues, try gifting away or cashing out a large value picture and see if that helps. I’ve heard that has worked, but have not had a way to verify it since I haven’t encountered it myself.
Otherwise, there’s not much I can do.

I am also stuck, I can buy, sell, and everything else but the lunch money total never changes…. Must be a an Owned glitch today?

It’s currently giving me “We’ll be back in a few minutes. We’re performing some maintenance.” So hopefully they’re addressing it.

i give in, i have spent hours boosting my cash in the owned game for weeks now and today i lost millions…all of my pics have been looted and bought for massive amounts of dosh, so i can’t re buy them and my worth is dispalyed significantly less than even the last time i was on. think i will sack the game and face book

hi, i,ve been playing for months & amassed lunch money totaling nearly L$200.000.000. only to lose it all last night while playing the game. I just looked up and it was all gone!!! Tried contacting both OWNED & FACEBOOK about the error, but neither have replied as yet. Does anyone have a solution? Will the money be credited back to me? Can anyone help?

Before you do anything rash … please not that Owned is currently down and hopefully they’re addressing the issue.
A lot of people are having problems and hopefully it’ll be back soon.

I have 2 available photo slots open that I bought. It will not allow me to put pictures in them. There is no message or anything…just will not upload into my “sale” slots.

HI, Ive got a problem with the buying of more photos, it doesn’t open at all and just keep on saying it is being processed. I can only buy photos that someone outbid me on, the ones Ive lost. How can I fix this? I can’t spend any lunch box money on new pics!

Please help me.
I received an Owned “notification” (I’m not even sure if this is the right world) last week in my Facebook account. I have never used Owned and had no idea what it was when I received the notification.
When I went to investigate it, I found it confusing and uninteresting and quickly got out of it.
Later on, my husband noticed “owned” in our web history and was shocked to find my photos in there, and a hefty price tag attached to them.
Now, I don’t believe I authorized any of this - I simply looked around for about 60 seconds - I don’t even think I clicked on anything. Now, my photos are worth a lot of money and creepy people from all over the world are spending money/increasing my value.
My husband believes that I had to initiate the bidding by naming my own price. I don’t see how I could have possibly done this. I find this whole thing to be sleazy and a violation of privacy.
My Facebook profile clearly states married and most of my photos contained my husband.
I have done everything I can think of to try to shut this thing down, but more urgently, I need to understand how this all happened.
My husband thinks I have been engaging in online “flirting” on purpose.
I am absolutely terrified.
Please help me.
