WWF MONDAY NIGHT RAW 5/26 by MADDOGJMF
WHAT YOU MISSED: STEVE AUSTIN & SHAWN MICHAELS come out for an interview. They are joined by THE LEGION OF DOOM.  The Legion demand a title shot if Michaels & Austin win -- Michaels agrees . . . THE LEGION OF DOOM vs. JIM NIEDHART & BRIAN PILLMAN: Slow match until THE HART FOUNDATION attack the Legion, Michaels & Austin make the save.  Michaels accidently nails Austin with a baseball slide and that leads to a brawl between the two .  . . words from PAUL BEARER . . . DLO BROWN over BOB HOLLY . . . words from THE UNDERTAKER on his 1 hour to make a decision . . . comments from JERRY "THE KING" LAWLER . . . KOTR ROUND 1 -- JERRY LAWLER vs. GOLDDUST: Lawler worked well, for Lawler.  Golddust was, well, Golddust, and has added rubbing Lawler's face in his crotch to his list of moves.  But Lawler stole the victory with by putting his feet on the ropes during a pin attempt.  Golddust beat the heck out of him after the match highlighted by Lawler falling down and rolling down the entrance ramp in order for MARLENA to step on him on the way back to the dressing room . . . STEVE AUSTIN interview -- cut short by a HART FOUNDATION attack . . . STEVE AUSTIN went into SHAWN MICHAELS dressing room and Michaels yelled at him for not watching his back from a Hart Foundation attack . . . FLASH FUNK vs. ROCKY MIAVIA: THE HEADBANGERS attacked both men outside the ring, leading to the win for Rocky . . . brief highlights of Pt. 2 of the Mankind interview . . . an interview with THE HART FOUNDATION . . . SHAWN MICHAELS & STEVE AUSTIN vs. DAVEY BOY SMITH & OWEN HART -- WWF WORLD TAG TEAM TITLES: THE HART FOUNDATION come down to watch before the first commercial break. Turns into a decent match and we get NEW WWF TAG CHAMPS when Austin pins the Bulldog after a Michaels superkick. After the pin The Hart Foundation beat up Michaels while Austin walks up the ramp to beat the heck out of Bret Hart . . . STEVE AUSTIN says he won the Tag team titles by himself, SHAWN MICHAELS interrupts and they argue. Next week they'll face THE LEGION OF DOOM in their first title defense . . . a clean shaven an auburn haired PAUL BEARER comes out for an interview.  He says that he knew the Undertaker for a long time before BROTHER LOVE brought him in.  He says that he was the mortician and funeral director for the Undertaker's parents but there were 3 graves -- not 2.  The Undertaker's music plays and Undie comes storming out. Undie says that he hates Paul with all that he is.  That he loathes him and says that Paul Bearer's attorney will have to reveal the secret because Bearer will be in no shape to do it.  Undie goes to chokeslam Bearer and stops.  He looks at Bearer and then lets him up, then lets go of him.  HE gets down on one knee and points to Bearer as we fade out . . .

WCW MONDAY NITRO 6/2 by MADDOGJMF
WHAT YOU MISSED: The show opened with SCOTT HALL & SYXX in the ring. They start to challenge RIC FLAIR and Hall says that he'll take Flair on tonight if Flair showed up.  JJ DILLION comes out and says that he just spoke to Flair -- who was on a plane -- who will be there tonight and that Hall agreed to a verbal contract with Flair for a match tonight.  Hall protested and Dillion told Hall that if he didn't wrestle -- he could drop the world tag team titles on Dillion's desk in the morning . . . ALEX WRIGHT vs. GLACIER: Easy win for Glacier.  After the match MORTIS, WRATH & JAMES VANDENBURG came out and Mortis & Wrath attacked Glacier.  Alex Wright stopped them and said he wanted a piece of Glacier.  They let him beat on Glacier then Mortis told Wright to hold Glacier for a Mortiskick.  Mortis goes for the kick, Glacier breaks out of Wright's hold and Mortis kicks Wright.  Glacier then cleared the ring . . . JOE GOMEZ vs. MARCUS BAGWELL: easy win for Bagwell . . .  MIKE TENEY went on and on and on about ERNEST MILLER inviting the WCW to watch him work out.  Then scenes from RODDY PIPER'S new movie . . . HUGH MORRUS comes out to the ring and KONNAN attacked him. But valiantly Hugh got in the ring and wrestled PRINCE IUKEA. Easy roll up win for Iukea . . . JJ DILLION back out and JJ says that THE STEINER BROTHERS are the #1 contenders to the World Tag Team titles if they win their match tonight. HARLEM HEAT & SISTER SHERRI come out and protest . . . a video of DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE . . . MASA CHONO & THE GREAT MUTA vs. THE STEINER BROTHERS:  Harlem Heat attack RICK STEINER outside the ring to set up the Muta win . . . Harlem Heat confront JJ Dillion and Dillion says that Harlem Heat should concentrate on their match tonight if they really want the #1 contendership to the WCW title . . . a review of Scott Hall agreeing for a match with Ric Flair . . . an interview with RIC FLAIR . . . MR. WALLSTREET vs. DEAN MALENKO -- U.S. TITLE MATCH: Wallstreet gets a near win with JEFF JARRETT'S help, but Malenko gets the win . . . an interview with JEFF JARRETT & MRS. MONGO, Malenko interrupts to say that Slamboree wasn't a fluke, then MONGO comes into the ring and chews out Jarrett and Mrs. Mongo . . . HARLEM HEAT vs. EL CYCLOPE & DAIMON: Daimon gets the pin and the win for his team after THE STEINERS interfere . . . CHRIS BENOIT vs. BARBARIAN: Benoit puts the Barbarian out with a reverse chinlock . . . an interview with JIMMY HART & CHRIS BENOIT: Benoit says he beat the Barbarian so where's KEVIN SULLIVAN? Hart says things are going to get tougher.  Hart says Benoit will get a shot at Sullivan if he beats MENG at THE GREAT AMERICAN BASH . . . SCOTT HALL vs. RIC FLAIR: Ends in a DQ of Hall when SYXX attacks Flair.  After the match they double team Flair until MONGO & JEFF JARRETT make the save . . . RANDY SAVAGE drags out MEAN GENE to do an interview.  Savage claims to be the greatest wrestler who ever wrestled.  JJ Dillion comes out and says that he doesn't respect him any more.  Savage attacks Dillion. NWO ERIC comes out to stop Savage and Savage hits DOUG DILLENGER.  NWO Eric gets on the microphone and says that it's all Dillion's fault and throws a slim jim at JJ.  He says "snap into this." Then it's muddled as we fade out . . .

WCW MONDAY NITRO 6/9/97 by MADDOGJMF
WHAT YOU MISSED: Things started with a HOLLYWOOD HOGAN/DENNIS RODMAN promo for BASH AT THE BEACH . . . it was announced that July 13's Bash at the Beach will have Hogan/Rodman as a tag team vs. a team to be announced . . . THE NWO arrives. It's
announced that THE OUTSIDERS vs. RIC FLAIR & RODDY PIPER is tonight's main event. RANDY SAVAGE tries to get out of the limo and DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE attacks Savage and kicks the window in with his boot.  LIZ slams the door on him and the limo drives off . . . ULTIMO DRAGON, JUVENTUD GUERRERA & SUPER CALO vs. LA PARKA, PSYCHOSIS & SILVER KING: not as good as the Lucha match a couple of weeks back. Ultimo puts out Psychosis with the Ultimo sleeper.  La Parka attacks Calo w/a chair after the match . . . LEX LUGER comes out and announces that he & THE GIANT will be signing to face Hogan & Rodman at the Bash at the Beach, he also says that since HOLLYWOOD HOGAN hasn't defended the WCW WORLD TITLE in months, JJ DILLION gave him a match vs. Hogan tonight . . . an interview with RIC FLAIR & RODDY PIPER: Piper says there's no rift and that they're solid.  Flair says that they'll kick butt . . . ALEX WRIGHT vs. CHRIS JERICHO: Alex gets the upset win with both feet on the ropes . . . WCW LADIES CHAMPION AKIRA HOKUTO vs. MALIA HOSAKA: Hosaka does the quick job. MADUSA makes the save of Hosaka . . . . an interview with THE STEINER BROTHERS. HARLEM HEAT come out and say they deserve the #1 spot to the WCW WORLD TAG TITLES.  They brawl . . . KONNAN vs. MONGO: KEVIN GREENE attacks Mongo on the way out.  While the cameras were on Mongo someone attacked Konnan and laid him out with a broom stick.  NICK PATRICK says no match = no contest . . . HOLLYWOOD HOGAN & NWO ERIC come out. Eric says the standard "Bite me" to the WCW Executive Committee.  Hollywood says Hello to his fans. He says that Luger has to start working out. He says Luger can't beat him and he's nothing.  Hogan says he's not going to bore them with a match with "a loser like" Luger tonight. He poses instead.  LEX LUGER walks to the ring.  The lights come on.  He gets in Hogan's face. RANDY ANDERSON starts the match but the NWO comes down. As usual the Wolf pack tries to come in.  Hogan submits to the torture wrack but the NWO attacks him.  Hogan does 7 or 8 leg drops before the refs. get Luger out of the ring . . . JJ DILLION in the ring.  JJ says that RANDY SAVAGE is accountable for the attack on him last week.  He says that a fine is in order and he's recommending that Savage be fined $50,000.  The committee approved it.  They looked into a suspension.  They said suspensions don't work because he gets out of his match with DDP.  So they've added stipulations to the DDP vs. Randy Savage match: 1) it's a lights out match -- non-sanctioned by WCW -- no-DQ, no Count out, falls anywhere.  Savage & Liz appear in the crowd.  Savage says he's got $100,000 that says $50,000 for last week, $50,000 for this week. DDP comes out.  DDP stands up for JJ. DDP says Savage didn't have the time for him earlier but has the time now.  He says here's the place, let's do it.  Savage won't come down.  He says "Come on Savage, Snap into it."  Savage calls it the dumbest move he's ever made.  Savage goes straight down to the ring. They brawl and we go to a break . . . JEFF JARRETT vs. DEAN MALENKO -- US TITLE: EDDY GUERRERO attacked Malenko and Malenko submits.  Malenko holds up the sling Guerrero left in the ring but the ref. does nothing . . . Interview w/MENG & THE BARBARIAN w/JIMMY HART: KEVIN SULLIVAN & JACKIE return. CHRIS BENOIT comes out and brawls with Sullivan.  Jackie attacks Benoit.  Meng holds her back then all of them attack Benoit . . . THE OUTSIDERS vs. RIC FLAIR & RODDY PIPER: SYXX gets involved. A "RAW IS WAR" sign appears.  MONGO & JARRETT make the save.  CHRIS BENIOT follows them.  SCOTT NORTON & BUFF BAGWELL attack them.  KEVIN GREENE attacks MONGO.  HARLEM HEAT come out and THE STEINERS attack them. GLACIER comes out and WRATH & MORTIS attack him.  The LUCHA stars come out and brawl.  KEVIN SULLIVAN & THE FACES OF FEAR come out. RANDY SAVAGE hits the ring followed by DDP. HOLLYWOOD HOGAN attacks DDP with his title belt. STING comes down from the rafters, he beats the NWO off with a baseball bat then hooks DDP to the rope and takes him up to the rafters . . .

WCW NITRO 6/16 by MADDOGJMF
WHAT YOU MISSED: a huge limo pulls up and DENNIS RODMAN and THE NWO come out. They come to the ring chomping on Cigars. Rodman wants to wrestle. Please, someone end this, end this now . . . MORTIS vs. GLACIER: Glacier with the easy win WRAITH comes into double team. JAMES VANDENBURG comes in with handcuffs ERNEST MILLER makes the save . . . MADUSA comes out and says that she's a woman of her word and her wrestling career is over. She says goodbye and that she loves us all . . . DEAN MALENKO comes out and asks EDDIE GUERRERO to come out.  CHAVO GUERRERO JR. came out and Eddie came out to watch his nephew get beat . . . SUPER CALO vs. LA PARKA: Calo gets the win but La Parka attacks him after the ring.  He attacks Calo with a chair -- a plastic one that broke -- before they cut to the replay . . . an interview with THE GIANT and LEX LUGER.  They accept Rodman & Hogan's challenge to a match tonight . . . back from commercial and it's confirmed that Rodman & Hogan have accepted the challenge . . . HARLEM HEAT vs. THE AMAZING FRENCH CANADIANS: easy win for the Heat . . . JJ DILLION comes out, HARLEM HEAT & SHERRI surround him.  JJ says that the victory to determine the #1 contender was tainted and that the NWO was trying to manipulate the standings with VINCENT'S interference.  He says to be fair to everyone that the Steiners and Harlem Heat will have a rematch next week.  Vincent comes out.  Vincent says it was a Christmas gift from THE OUTSIDERS and the NWO. They double team Vincent and we go to commercial . . . THE WOLFPACK came out for SYXX'S CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE match with REY MISTERIO JR.: the ref. allows almost unlimited interference by the Outsiders. Misterio goes for the pin and gets attacked by the Outsiders.  He gets both out of the ring (surprisingly the ref. didn't stop the match), but is attacked from behind by Syxx and is put out by the buzzkiller . . . The Outsiders take the microphone and say that last night The Wolfpack beat 'em and they're going to bring out a real treat -- RANDY SAVAGE. He babbles about being cool.  DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE up in the stands with KIM, he says that no one knows Scott Hall better than he does, says he got on the phone last night and that everyone knows who he is and looked up to the rafters.  He challenges Hall & Savage to a match at the Bash at the Beach . . . THE ULTIMO DRAGON defeated CHRIS JERICHO, before the match SONNY ONNO tried to buy off Jericho . . . an interview with RODDY PIPER. He calls out RIC FLAIR. Flair says "Ya won the match, didn't ya?" Roddy says that when he got back to the dressing room Flair was gone. Flair assures Piper that he's his friend for life and he'll never leave his side.  He said Syxx was the fight of his life.  Piper says that's good enough for him . . . JEFF JARRETT & MONGO vs. SCOTT NORTON & BUFF BAGWELL: Jarrett hogged the spotlight, so Mongo piledrove him and walked out of the ring to let his partner get pinned . . . HOLLYWOOD HOGAN & DENNIS RODMAN vs. THE GIANT & LEX LUGER: There's no sign of The Giant or Lex Luger after the commercial so Rodman says that it's time to leave. Lex Luger's music plays and he and the Giant come out.  The Giant picks up Rodman for a chokeslam and Hogan attacks him from behind.  Giant goes after Hogan and Rodman hits him with the WCW World Title belt.  THE WOLFPACK comes out and it's 5 on 2.  Rodman drops some of the lamest elbow drops I've ever seen. Rodman then helps Hogan spray paint "NWO" on the backs of the Giant and Luger . . .

For those with Empire their home page has a complete schedule that's a little confusing but does save you a lot of hunting for their ever changing schedule . . . words from TAZ open the show, he says meet the NEW ECW World TV Champion and that on this show he's going to tell the TRUTH about WRESTLEPALOZA '97 . . . a look at TOMMY DREAMER defeating RAVEN followed by the attack on him by SABU, ROB VAN DAM & JERRY LAWLER . . . TOMMY DREAMER says that JERRY LAWLER and ROB VAN DAM gave him something to live for -- kicking their BUTTS . . . a look at TOMMY DREAMER invading the USWA, ECW fans at RAW, and the whole situation with JERRY LAWLER . . . comments from JERRY LAWLER, he disses PAUL E. DANGEROUSLY, THE SANDMAN, TOMMY DREAMER & TERRY FUNK . . . a look at SABU vs. TAZ from WRESTLEPALOZA '97 . . . a look at TAZ defeating SHANE DOUGLAS for the ECW WORLD TV TITLE immediately following that match . . . words from TAZ -- he says he's not here for anyone but himself and that he'll take the war to anyone with guts enough to get in the ring with him . . . THE DUDLEYS in the ring, TOD GORDON comes out and asks THE ELIMINATORS to come out and surrender the belts since PERRY SATURN is injured.  KHRONUS says he's going to wrestle and defend the ECW WORLD TAG TITLES by himself -- and he does.  Pretty good match, end comes when Saturn risks his leg and actually comes off the top rope onto DVON DUDLEY with an elbow for the pin . . .

WWF MONDAY NITRO 6/30/97 by MADDOGJMF
WHAT YOU MISSED: an interview with RIC FLAIR. RODDY PIPER'S music plays and two women bring out a dummy that is dressed like Roddy Piper. One of the women asks why they call Piper "Hot Rod" since he isn't "hot."  Flair says that Piper crossed the line last week in telling him how to wrestle a match.  He says that while Piper may be a Hollywood "ICON" he's not a wrestling "ICON." Flair has a moment of silence for Piper . . . it's announced that CHRIS JERICHO won the WCW CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE this weekend . . . CHRIS JERICHO defeated JUVENTUD GUERRERA in his first TV defense of the Cruiserwight title . . . GENE OKERLUND congradulated Jericho in the interview after the match. SYXX came down and they end up brawling after Syxx claims to still hold the Cruiserweight title . . . back in the ring and security is trying to pull Jericho and Syxx apart.  ALEX WRIGHT comes down and says it's about time he got interview time.  He says that WCW held him down. He claims he hasn't been able to get ahead in the WCW since he's from Germany and they cut back to TONY SCHIAVANE . . . DEAN MALENKO vs. EDDY GUERRERO: Guerrero attacks  Malenko from behind as he comes out from the dressing room.  CHAVO GUERRERO JR. comes to the ring apron, Malenko sees him and Eddy attacks Malenko from behind, knocking Malenko into Chavo Jr.  From there it's a frog splash into a pinfall victory for Guerrero . . . an interview with REY MISTERIO JR.  He says he's tired of being harassed by KEVIN NASH. He challenges Nash to a match tonight.  Nash comes out and says they'll go at it tonight. Rey says he's not afraid and he'll agree to the match . . . ERIC BISCHOFF comes out on a motercycle. HOLLYWOOD HOGAN comes out.  They say there's a special party going on tonight and he's going to let the NWO have a lot of fun with LEX LUGER, THE GIANT & DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE . . . HECTOR GARZA vs. STEVEN REGAL -- WCW WORLD TV TITLE MATCH: it was announced that Hogan, Savage & Scott Hall would meet DDP, Luger & the Giant later tonight. Regal wins this match via tap out to the Regal Stretch . . . a replay of the Hulk Hogan/DENNIS RODMAN music video . . . an interview with THE STEINER BROTHERS. They say they're owed a title shot. SCOTT HALL & KEVIN NASH come out with the entire NWO. They come out with a contract.  They sign the contract without reading it and it turns out to be a match with MASA CHONO & THE GREAT MUTA before they can get a title shot with THE OUTSIDERS . . . SUPER CALO vs. PSYCHOSIS: SUNNY ONNO interferes to get his man the win. LA PARKA comes out and attacks Psychosis with a chair. JUVENTUD GUERRERA makes the save . . . they start the second hour and their pyrotechnics catch the red entrance carpet on fire . . . BUFF BAGWELL, MASA CHONO & SCOTT NORTON vs. RIC FLAIR, MONGO & CHRIS BENOIT: VINCENT comes in and gets his partners DQ'd. Mongo nails him with the briefcase and the NWO run off . . . a video for KEVIN SULLIVAN . . . WRATH & MORTIS vs. HIGH VOLTAGE. ERNEST MILLER & GLACIER interfere and the win goes to High Voltage . . . a white limo pulls up and the door closes before the camera man can look inside . . . back from commercial and RAVEN is seated at ringside.  MIKE TENEY says he doesn't work for WCW . . . KONNAN vs. JEFF JARRETT -- WCW U.S. TITLE: Ric Flair comes out and helps Jarrett make Konnan tap out to the figure four.  The rest of the Horsemen come out and Jarrett struts with Flair.  Jarrett says there's no trouble in the Horsemen. He says he's beat ARN ANDERSON, Chris Benoit & Mongo.  He says he and Flair have always seen eye to eye and he's a Horseman because Flair says so. Flair says that Jarrett is a fine athelete but as of right now he's no longer a Horseman. MRS. MONGO says she's the queen and Jarrett isn't welcome in the Horsemen. Jarrett says that Flair is professionally jelious of him.  He says that Flair can't tell him what to do and he says that he will take Flair and put him out to pasture before walking off. Flair says don't over stay your welcome and the Horsemen diss Jarrett . . . KEVIN NASH vs. REY MISTERIO JR.: Nash puts Misterio out with the Nashknife. He does it again then he attacks the ref. KONNAN comes out to watch. Another Nashknife.  Konnan stands over Misterio and Nash leaves.  Konnan picks up Misterio and puts on a leg hold and hurt Misterio before walking off . . . back from commercial and Misterio is wheeled out on a stretcher . . . Mike Teney interviews RAVEN: Raven refuses to answer questions and shoves Teney off . . . RANDY SAVAGE & THE OUTSIDERS vs. THE GIANT, DDP & LEX LUGER: Kevin Nash comes out wearing a toupe. Total brawl. The Giant goes after the Outsiders but they back body drop him over the top rope. HOLLYWOOD HOGAN comes out. DDP hit Savage with the Diamond Cutter.  He goes for it again when Nash gets him.  Hall & Hogan put out the Giant and Luger. MASA CHONO & SCOTT NORTON come out.  It's 4 on the Giant & Luger.  DDP down in the ring and it's Savage & the Outsiders attacking him.  STING arrives in the crowd.  But then STING arrives from the rafters.  Sting clears everyone out. CURT HENNIG comes out. RAVEN comes towards the ring and we fade out . .
