YouTube CodedFriend.oo1 went live streamed on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 and stated that he would be crowd funding the services of a bounty hunter to bring in Jose “Chille” DeCastro for his warrant in Oregon, Ohio.
A warrant was issued for DeCastro and bond was set in the Oregon, Ohio, case back in November as DeCastro was reported by auditor/Youtube personality Great Lakes Audits for harassing himself and his family via voice and text messages. The police issued an extraditable warrant for DeCastro but have not carried out the actual extradition process in the case.
CodedFriend.oo1 claimed that he worked with multiple bounty hunters and that he would be crowd funding their services and would be offering the public a chance to participate in the crowd funding for $5 a donation.
The legality of these potential actions is unclear as bounty hunters typically work for bail bondsmen and DeCastro has not acknowledged the warrant nor sought the services of a bail bondsman in the case.
The statements were made as part of CodedFriend.oo1’s live stream in which he chastised the family of Jacqueline “Laney” Hudson for participating in Jose DeCastro’s threats against the officer involved in the accident, making false accusations against the officer, allegedly engaging and endangering children in their protests and failure to take responsibility for allowing the 13-year-old Hudson to ignore a family birthday party to go out with her friends the night she was killed.
CodedFriend.oo1’s criticism of the family continued as he was angered that Hudson’s aunt, Jessica Slone, released a video to DeCastro of an apparently inebriated Hudson singing off key and another of her dancing in her underwear; questioning the parenting skills of her mother and aunt in honoring the memory of their daughter/niece by showing Hudson in such an unflattering light.
After criticism from DeCastro associate, Rights On, CodedFriend.oo1 threatened to put up billboards of Rights On’s statements defending DeCastro’s actions in locations around the chain of pizza restaurants Rights On’s parents allegedly own in order to damage the reputation of the businesses.
