Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s planned Thursday night live stream to watch more videos turned into a working session when DeCastro used GPT to learn how to file a request for bodycam footage of Jason Dollarhide’s latest address and finally addressed his loss in his Massachusetts based civil rights lawsuit.
While threatening to send “a troll” a cease-and-desist letter and bragging that he was about to sue that troll if they failed to comply with the cease and desist, DeCastro addressed his loss in Massachusetts. He claimed to be relived by the dismissal of the case and he said that he was “going crazy” trying to deal with three federal lawsuits in three different cases.
DeCastro framed it as a win as he had asked to be let out of the Massachusetts case six months ago and the judge would not let him do so as he had filed the motion to dismiss too late as defendants Josh Abrams and Kate Peter had filed counterclaims that would require the case to remain open.
The YouTuber did not explain why, if he wanted to end the case, he did not persist in attempts to dismiss or settle with Abrams and Peter but instead, completely change the case in order to address copyright issues and significantly expanded the lawsuit with the addition of YouTube/Google.
It is unclear if DeCastro intends to refile the case against YouTube/Google, Kate Peter, Josh Abrams, 50 John Doe YouTube creators and 25 John Doe YouTube workers in a California court as previously stated.
Addressing YouTuber Brooklyn Audits, DeCastro also promised a visit to New York City “by the end of the year.” The YouTuber laughed as he speculated at filing a massive lawsuit against the state of New York as “they payout” and stated that he expected a large settlement from the state when he sued them for his possible future arrest for recording in a police station.
DeCastro has scheduled a live stream for this morning at 11AM ET in order to file his body cam footage for Jason Dollarhide’s recent arrest video. The YouTuber again threatened a lawsuit against the state of Oklahoma if he was denied the footage and had spent a significant portion of the live stream using Chat GPT to learn how to file a request for the footage.
