Fans of Jose “Chille” DeCastro were treated to a two-hour long recap of his recent legal affairs on Wednesday that ended in his most recent update from the Clark County Detention Center.
In the 10-minute update, DeCastro claimed that despite his own threats and recent campaign to “expose” Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman, he could not be blamed for the content of any threats she received in the correspondence she received as part of said campaign.
DeCastro said that his followers would never threaten or harass anyone and assured his audience that any threats or harassment were made by those pretending to be his followers to slander his good name. The YouTuber called for the prosecution and punishment of anyone who made threats while apparently distancing himself from his previous harassing comments made towards the judge.
Wednesday’s video also saw an apparent change in DeCastro’s attitude towards the gift baskets offered through the jail system. While he previously claimed that he was trading any sweets he received for extra bottled water, DeCastro expressed the great pleasure he received in eating chocolates and other items in the care packages, listing several favorites and soliciting more baskets from his followers.
Updating his “Constitutional Law Scholar” board game, the YouTuber promised that physical copies should be available in time for Christmas. He also detailed how he molded scraps of paper with his own saliva into tokens to be used in his prototypes for the game. Later assuring his followers that his time away from the outside world had forced him to finish his project and they would be greatly satisfied by the finished product.
DeCastro offered no updates to his on-going legal cases but did mention one of his many GoFundMe campaigns in the video, without providing the URL to the campaign. His efforts brought him $35 in new donations to his various crowd funding campaigns for the day.

“Updating his “Constitutional Law Scholar” board game, the YouTuber promised that physical copies should be available in time for Christmas. He also detailed how he molded scraps of paper with his own saliva into tokens to be used in his prototypes for the game. Later assuring his followers that his time away from the outside world had forced him to finish his project and they would be greatly satisfied by the finished product.”
Nelson Chille Mandela also advised his viewers, fans and followers that between Roy and himself, they were both molding game pieces out of unusually dry feces. Chille Mandela indicated that it was probably due to all the “franks and beans” he is FORCED to eat while being held in a 3rd world type dungeon. A place where there is no TV in each cell and no law library. (Uh yeah Dunce, it’s a county jail, not a federal prison.)
Chille reports that Roy is very motivated to form the game pieces.
I wrote the judge and encouraged her to extend Chille’s jail term another 180 days for his threatening statements and videos and also suggested she sentence him to 30 days more for each video he releases thereafter.
Sentences don’t work like that. She no longer has any jurisdiction over him.
The only things that could be done are Administrative penalties imposed by the jail, or a new criminal case filled by prosecutor.
Leave the judge alone.
