Fans of Jose “Chille” DeCastro were surprised on Friday as the controversial YouTube launched into an attack on rivals SeanPaul “Long Island Audits” Reyes (LIA) and Dale from Lackluster (Lackluster) on his daily live informercial after receiving unverified news on the air that the pair had planned to offer first amendment auditing merchandise similar to his product offerings.
DeCastro received a message that read, “Just an FYI- Lackluster went to LIA -and word is they’re coming out with a product- copying or taking your ideas of trifold and 5A card – not sure exactly what it is- but that’s the word has to do with knowing you rights- do not talk to cops at stops -taking 5th and such like your concept- From what’s been said LIA wasn’t aware of your concept until after the fact – not confirmed if that’s even so but- they’re or they’re copied your concept- milania just letting you know supposedly to release this week or next”
Upon reading the message on air, DeCastro went into an extended rant about both men. He called LIA an “armed robbery felon” who backed into his fame because he was based in the New York Area. The YouTuber claimed that Lackluster was an “grifter” and “scammer” who stole content from other people.
DeCastro then explained that when he uses content from others, he makes sure to pay those content creators for use of their videos. While not stating how he paid them (in the form of money or product), DeCastro took Lackluster to task for stealing content and basing a channel around other’s work.
Enraged, DeCastro threatened to sue both men and indicated that he was already going to sue someone named “Josh” in December. He then promised to patent the process he uses to interact with police in order to prevent others from copying his work.
LIA and Lackuster have had “frenemies” status in DeCastro’s world for most of the year. DeCastro has been at odds with both after they individually appeared on live streams questioning his auditing skills and his merchandise sales. DeCastro has also had a perceived rivalry with LIA, as DeCastro claims to have been a high-powered executive in New York City and LIA is based in New York City.
In the past few months after LIA experienced success in organizing rallies in the New York City area and challenging police anti-filming policies in the city, DeCastro attempted to latch onto LIA’s movement by promising a trip to New York City with the sole intention of being arrested for filming in a police precinct and filing a multi-million-dollar lawsuit against the city.
DeCastro also recently travelled to the Philadelphia, PA, area in an attempt to get arrested at a Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles facility after LIA visited the same location. DeCastro’s was unable to secure a trespass from police or an arrest and left the Commonwealth empty handed as he was unable to establish standing for a planned lawsuit.
The diminutive YouTuber’s rash actions may have been caused by a short-term illness and the impact of his fasting process. DeCastro has been complaining of cold-like symptoms for several days now and announced on-air that he was fighting the symptoms with intermittent fasting, essentially starving himself of food and water for days at a time in order to “jump start” his body into fighting the illness.
DeCastro is expected to return to his daily informercial series later today.

That “Josh” might be: “Broken System, Broken Trust?”
