Offering his fourth tone change in as many days as he comes to terms with continued life in jail, Jose “Chille” DeCastro urged positivity and compliance as he addressed his followers with his newly released April 10th update.
DeCastro promised his fans that he would be released from prison on July 10, 2024, in the video, assuring them that he would be the model inmate and would respect the guards’ decisions and instructions.
Displaying an attitude of compliance, DeCastro then claimed he would be respectful in further encounters with the police and law enforcement officials and would be polite as he challenged their policies in the future.
DeCastro then alleged that Judge Ann Zimmerman was part of a conspiracy to “take out” the “leader” of a team who stood against the police in her determination of guilt. Calling her a “smart woman,” the YouTuber explained that her decision to jail him for a total of six months worked in her favor as she knew it would take months for any appeal to be heard, assuring that the “team” would be without its leader for several months as he appealed her decision.
Problems may be forming in that team as DeCastro’s temporary replacement as host of the DeleteLawZ YouTube channel Brian “Here’s the Deal” Young openly expressed frustration at the lack of attendance by fans of DeCastro to his latest livestream.
Young seemed disgusted at the fact that while smaller channels could draw larger audiences, DeCastro’s much bigger channel with 552,000 total subscribers, could only draw a little over 200 viewers to the stream. In comparison, DeCastro rival James “James Freeman” Springer was live at the same time addressing 2,000 of his 493,000 subscribers in a live confrontation with police in Lincoln County, New Mexico.
A respectfully unhinged Young then spent the next thirty minutes answering a negative comment from a “troll” that accused DeCastro of being a “grifter” for fundraising off of his fans by advertising his bail hearing on his channel after it had already been canceled. Young was outraged at the accusations and spent several minutes addressing his now 273 viewers defining the word “grifter” before moving forward with his planned videos.
In more troubling news for DeCastro, a late-night filing on Thursday indicated that he was served via e-mail with an order by Judge H. Jay Ford III in his California Superior Court case against Kate Peter, “Team Skeptic” David Omo, Daniel Clement and Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini.
DeCastro now has until May 11, 2024 (thirty days after service), to pay Pierattini roughly $1,600 in sanctions and respond to Pierattini’s interrogatories.
