Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s latest jail phone call released Sunday featured a direct threat to Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman that DeCastro would be suing her for her judgement against him unless she immediately released him from jail with time served.
In the 13-minute call, DeCastro claimed that he feared that Zimmerman may be arranging to have him murdered in jail as he believed she was a cop-loving corrupt judge who went so far as to keep the last name of the police officer who divorced her years ago as she was in love with police (there is no record that Zimmerman was married to a police officer).
Despite claiming that he wanted no harm to come to Justice of the Peace Zimmerman, DeCastro called for the public scorn of Zimmerman. He told his followers that he wanted her to receive the “side-eye” from grocery store clerks and chance encounters as she was the embodiment of injustice and who deserved no sympathy until she reversed course and let him out of jail.
DeCastro made a direct call to arms to his followers in order to have them “respectfully petition” Zimmerman to immediately release him. The YouTuber demanded that his followers produce 100,000 petitions to Zimmerman via the U.S. Mail and implored his followers to be respectful in their letters but reminded them that Zimmerman may be plotting to have him killed while in jail.
Addressing the charges that put him in jail, DeCastro claimed that he and his helpers (down to 3 paid employees from 6, blaming Zimmerman for the layoffs), examined the last 2,000 cases that Justice of the Peace Zimmerman handled and found three “exact matches” to his chargers where Zimmerman assigned the defendant classes instead of jailtime with the misdemeanors falling off of their records upon completion.
DeCastro promised that once his “scraping of data” was finished, he would publish his findings in the Las Vegas Sun and Las Vegas Review newspaper, exposing Zimmerman’s corruption and inconsistencies from the bench.
Attacking the police, DeCastro called for an immediate reduction in pay as police officers are overpaid at $100,000 starting pay with dental and health benefits. While expressing his respect for the guards in jail who had never disrespected him or treated him badly, he claimed that the guards and members of the police were overpaid as they didn’t need to use their brains during the course of their duties.
DeCastro then directly threatened the Clark County Detention Center with a “petition” once his jail term was over as he accused them of violating his civil rights. According to DeCastro, the five-day lockdown he experienced the first week he was in jail was the epitome of abuse to his god given rights as an American.
The YouTuber also rallied against the jail’s police against livestreaming, indicating that livestreaming is not listed in the current prisoner handbook. He then requested his fans to contact the prison system on his behalf should they go more than 48 hours without hearing one of his recorded messages.
Again demanding his immediate release with time served, DeCastro looked forward to his July appeal of the case and promised a fight to the United States Supreme Court should he not be victorious at his next hearing.
DeCastro is currently expected to be released from the Clark County Detention Center on August 8, 2024.

He is behaving exactly how I expected he would.
“Zimmerman’s corruption” You would think a Constitutional Law Scholar would understand the principles of sentencing. Meaning, you would think he would know that Justices have wide discretion when considering a case and it’s sentencing. Each case / conviction is distinct and therefore requires individualized consideration.
Jose the little toddler earned his sentence.
