YouTuber Christopher “Denver Metro Audits” Cordova (DMA) returned to Englewood, Colorado, on Wednesday to livestream outside of a mobile radar unit to conduct an audit of sorts with the stationary vehicle.
DMA spent approximately 40 minutes standing next to the mobile radar unit, occasionally putting his camera up to the window of the vehicle to record the employee, whom he identified as Debra Swenson, in the course of her duties.
The activist explained that he had previously been charged and found guilty of obstructing a mobile radar unit in the past, again manned by Swenson, on the same road as he had unintentionally blocked the cameras of the van as it was attempting to monitor a passing vehicle.
DMA claimed that he was appealing the case as the statute read that he had to intentionally block the vehicle from monitoring cars, and he claimed that his interference was unintentional. He commented that he was not seeking a confrontation with police during the audit as he was facing a total of five cases in court and was not seeking more.
Reflecting on his life, DMA repeated previous claims that he was no longer auditing with others, though fellow auditor Regan Benson appeared in his side chat during the live stream, because he disagreed with others taking plea deals when arrests happened among other reasons.
DMA promised that he was trying to be more positive and less confrontational in his audits and was not actively attempting to make Swenson uncomfortable during his continuing audit.
The audit ended abruptly as DMA’s dogs negatively reacted to a passing bicyclist and his dog.
DMA has since privated the video.
