Christopher “Denver Metro Audits” Cordova (DMA) released earlier this week what he claimed to be the unedited footage of his recent arrest in Sheridan, Colorado, for shining a flashlight in the direction of a Sheridan police car.
The footage started with Cordova driving his truck with YouTuber Freedom Jim in the passenger seat and Christopher “Direct D” Ruff in the back seat as they drove past a Sheridan police car three times, with Ruff deliberately shining a flashlight at the car with each pass.
After being pulled over, neither Ruff nor Freedom Jim would cooperate with the police as Cordova was arrested on obstruction charges. After the pair claimed they would take possession of the vehicle, they would not be allowed to take the vehicle as they refused to identify themselves.
Ruff’s refusal to identify may have been due to the fact that he is currently dodging misdemeanor warrants in Arizona, with a thirty-day jail term waiting for him if apprehended by authorities.
The footage picked up as Freedom Jim attempted to bond Cordova out at the Sheridan police station. He was initially informed that Cordova would see a Judge the same day, but it turned out that Cordova was not scheduled for court until the next day. Freedom Jim then paid $500 to bond out Cordova and the YouTuber was released from jail.
Cordova would use the video to attack the arresting officer and Sheridan’s police chief, promising that he would be investigating both in response to his arrest.
