The First Amendment known as Flex Your Freedoms put up an emergency video on his channel Monday morning indicating that if anyone saw the video, he would be in jail.
Flex Your Freedoms had previously been convicted of interference in an official act in Iowa for a two-year-old incident where police had asked him to leave the private property of a neighbor who was the subject of a police raid.
Having fought the verdict, Flex Your Freedoms indicated that he had attempted to appeal the verdict twice to the Iowa State Supreme Court, only to have both appeals refused by the court.
According to the video, because the video was posted, Flex Your Freedoms is now serving the 10-day sentence for his offenses and will be released sometime next week.
