DeCastro Claims Hatch Act Prevents Police Displays of Blue Line Flag
Playlist
After missing an earlier scheduled live stream as he claimed to have trouble getting out of bed due to sadness over the loss of his cousin, Jose “Chille” DeCastro returned to live streaming by doing a broadcast on his YouTube channel on Saturday, March 4, 2023.
DeCastro looked at the “viral” status of a video short he made last year featuring his desecration of a road side memorial twice and replacing the thin blue line flag with an American flag while making disparaging remarks about the police officer who had died at the spot. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Tg0-mQbEJ9s
The views on the video had increased by nearly 100,000 and retention rate stayed above 95% since our last report. DeCastro stated that while the video is not monetized due to the content, he made about $4.51 off of the video before it was demonetized.
Ultimately thanking GunnarTV for promoting his site, DeCastro claimed to have made $1000 in sales off of his web store and gained a huge number of subscribers since the exposé. While his viewership for the livestream was up, peaking at 244 watching out of 86,400 subscribers, he could not explain why the huge subscriber growth did not result in increased viewership.
DeCastro reviewed the comments from the video and became slightly triggered as an observed eight out of 10 comments were negative, with some questioning his mental health. Upon reading the comments, he asked his chat to visit the video and make positive comments in order to negate the thousands of negative comments left for him. As of press time, only a handful of his subscribes had done so.
Citing the Hatch Act as a possible way to ban the use of the Thin Blue Line flag by the police, he made a case that as government funded entities, police had no rights to engage in political activities while on duty. DeCastro either willingly ignored or was unaware of the portion of the Hatch Act that shows that police are not subject to its guidelines.
He followed these statements by urging his viewers from Ironton, Ohio, to file a lawsuit against the police force there as he’s seen the thin blue line flag on display there. DeCastro would further urge his viewers to use the AuditorsUnited.org website in order to file criminal complaints against officers who wore the thin blue line flag as part of their uniforms.
DeCastro addressed criticism of his apparent failure to use his trifold in order to handle a traffic stop on Friday. He claimed that he did use the trifold but did not record himself doing so, again, violating his fundamental teaching to always film the police. He said he only got out of the car and stopped using his teachings when they did not work.
In a curious claim, DeCastro bragged that he could sue California’s state police for infringing his rights as a journalist. He said he would be checking to see if he was ticketed for a previous incident in which he approached officers after parking on the side of the road in California then classified his ticket for distracted driving (cell phone usage) as a violation of his rights to record as a journalist. He teased possible legal action as he feels his rights were violated.
The live stream ended with DeCastro urging his viewers to check out the relaunch of his Delete LawZ Clips channel as Delete LawZ Clips Reloaded. The premieres set for this weekend were averaging about 10 live viewers per video (all reloads from his previous channel), and the channel had gained about 100 new subscribers out of a goal of 10,000 new subscribers at press time.

Regan Benson Updates "Jesse" Situation
Regan Benson went live on her YouTube channel on Saturday afternoon in order to bring the news that the homeless man known as “Jesse,” who she had been putting up in a motel, had been kicked out of the hotel after becoming violent with staff members.
Jesse was the last of three homeless men that Benson, funded by her non-profit organization, had put up in the hotel in recent months. He had been on his last “strike” with the hotel as he had previously taken on a unauthorized roommate who caused an incident where the smoke alarms went off, resulting in a temporary evacuation of guests from their rooms.
Benson shared the news that Jesse has ultimately decided to go back to living on the street and blamed Denver, Colorado’s city government’s lack of case managers for continued problems with the homeless. Attacking the official in charge of homeless management, she claimed that nothing would change with the government until a violent revolution happened.
Addressing the City Council of Sheridan, Colorado, and the recent incidents that Benson’s group caused at City Council meetings, she complained that the City Council is now limiting public speaking time to 30 minutes and taking those in person before the online speaker. She bragged, however, that her group was able to take the entire 30 minutes at the last meeting, robbing those who lived in Sheridan from their time to address the council.
BSBT Inappropriate Sexual Comments Called Out
Playlist
The dispute between Mark the Sarcastic Lawyer (Mark) and WitchofHearts (Witch) with Broken System Broken Trust (BSBT) was on full display Saturday night as all three appeared on the Playbois in Crime live stream.
Earlier in the day, Mark released a video calling out BSBT’s abusive behavior directed at Witch and BSBT’s sexualization of Witch in a series of videos on his secondary channel. Mark’s video brought up BSBT’s on-going dispute in family court over his sister seeking custody of his child due to allegations of neglect.
Mark and Witch appeared on the Playbois in Crime broadcast billed as “Shit Show Saturday,” with Mark stating quite early in the broadcast that he obtained the footage that BSBT allegedly illegally recorded of his recent family court hearing from MissMandy777’s queue of videos.
MissMandy777, who produces a number of first amendment (1A) livestreams, had BSBT scheduled as a guest for an appearance that was cancelled by BSBT. She had loaded his material in her queue and Mark found the video when he came on to do his own stream with MissMandy777.
BSBT eventually appeared in the show’s side chat, both asking for a link to the panel and refusing to use the link to the panel multiple times over nearly an hour before ultimately joining the panel. Once live, he continued his attacks on Mark and Witch, defended his sexualization of Witch and claimed that he did not record the video from his recent court case and continued his claim that he obtained the video from “another channel.”
The Playbois in Crime broadcast saw multiple creators join and leave the panel in order to engage BSBT in defense of Mark and Witch, including Shizz, Tones Overthinks it, Paul Carroll and Wrangler.
AZ Jeep Girl Appears on The Welsh News Network
AZ Jeep Girl (AZ) took part in Saturday night edition of the Welsh News Network broadcast, making one of her first appearances on a live stream since being harassed by Jose “Chille” DeCastro and his followers last fall.
DeCastro took issue with statements AZ made last fall on YouTube, correcting his claims about the law. He famously singled her out in multiple podcasts and demanded that his followers provide him with her bar number so he could file a complaint in an effort to have her disbarred.
AZ, a licensed real estate lawyer in Arizona, never received said complaint from DeCastro, but did have to shut down the Facebook page for her animal rescue organization in Arizona after threats to review bomb her pages were made by DeCastro.
She also stated that police took precautions after DeCastro’s livestreams directed at her, increasing police patrols in her area. DeCastro’s exposure ultimately lead to over $3000 in donations to her animal rescue organization.
AZ’s appearance was part of the Welsh News Network’s continuing exposure of Jose DeCastro’s background and alleged misdeeds. The Saturday night show also featured the stories of Tina Slay, who DeCastro failed to help bring justice for her son Caleb, and Host Becca, who DeCastro reportedly stalked in 2022 after the death of her husband.
