The Supporter of “Turtleboy” Aidan Kearney known as “Tom CPU” broadcast before and after Kate Peter’s Wednesday hearing for allegedly violating a protection order. Peter is accused of violating a protection order taken out against her by one of Turtleboy’s girlfriends. This was the second alleged violation of the order.
Sitting in his car and awkwardly addressing 163 people gathered in his chat, Tom CPU provided commentary as Peter walked towards the court, complaining that the YouTuber wears the same green jacket to all her events.
He then debated sitting in his car during the hearing or going in, ultimately deciding to go in and starting a new stream after Peter’s hearing wrapped up.
Before entering the building, Tom CPU approached Peter’s car and left a fake $100 bill near one of the tires. The fake money was part of an on-going gag by Turtleboy supporters in response to a CourtTV reporter speculating that they were paid. It was unclear why Tom CPU would choose to interact with Peter in this way, but he quietly left the fake currency for her before entering the building.
Soon after, Tom CPU went live again and seemed disturbed that the hearing played out quickly and that Peter was not due back in court for her next hearing until March 19, 2023. He stated that Peter had a public defender to help her in that hearing, but made it clear he was convinced of her guilt.
Tom CPU addressed eight Turtleboy supporters assembled at the front of the building, thanking them for showing up and for their continued support of Turtleboy. He then returned to his car and mocked Peter for asking for a police escort out of the building.
The Turtleboy supporter then waited for cars to clear out before approaching the spot where Peter had previously parked and retrieving the counterfeit $100 bill.

What these idiots never understand is that, while it might be very satisfying to get one gang to pummel the poo out of the other gang, it is much more lasting impact to have the police arrest anyone who starts trouble and have them fend off the state prosecution for criminal charges.
This is why Kate opted to be escorted out.
Next, the case against Kate. While the turtle riders think this is like a murder case and Kate is going to jail and her life is over and things are going to be so hard and man is she in trouble. yada yada yada.
For the most part, these types of protection orders are for the most part BS. Leave the person alone. And let them drag out for a year or two until the parties are able to behave as adults not as children. Hint hint kate.
The courts had real issues to deal with, real criminals to arrest and jail. This elementary bullying BS is beyond stupid, it is a waste of time for the court.
So, you waste the judge’s time, they are going to waste yours. And have repeated hearings.
In two local cases that i am aware of, the court kept both parties away from each other for about 2 years. Neither side violated the order and neither side had any further action. In the end, the matter was dropped after about 2 years of both playing nice with the other. ie leave them alone.
The same sort of resolution should be the case here. However, Kate keeps playing mean girl and not leaving the other one alone. So the courts have to be more proactive.
