Self-proclaimed “Journalism Jesus” Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney tweeted Tuesday announcing a new criminal complaint and arrest of Kate Peter for violation of a harassment order put in place to protect Lauren Murray, his alleged mistress.
The official spokesperson for the McAlberts was charged today in Stoughton District Court with violating a harassment order. Two weeks ago she also admitted guilt to the same crime and took a CWOF, which will likely be revoked as a result of this new charge. @CoffindafferFBI pic.twitter.com/kGVca5UhKb

According to the screenshot provided with the tweet, Peter will be arraigned for the protection order violation on December 12, 2023.
Turtleboy posted again Wednesday morning, claiming that Peter was engaging in witness intimidation of Murrary based on Peter’s attendance at Turtleboy’s arraignment in October.
I became a witness in a case because I witnessed a crime while being arraigned. Apparently this individual's obsession with me led her to violating a harassment prevention order. Any direct or indirect contact moving forward may be interpreted as witness intimidation. pic.twitter.com/rUw7cgUsCN

Turtleboy’s tweet come as his on-going feud with Peter flared up again after Peter questioned Turtleboy over his continued fundraising efforts for his legal defense. Turtleboy recently proclaimed in the side chat of a MERB live stream that his legal defense had been pre-paid and implied that there was no need for further funding.
The Boston area blogger is currently facing multiple felony charges for witness intimidation in the Karen Read murder case. Read, on trial for allegedly murdering then boyfriend Brian O’Keefe, reportedly worked through intermediaries to direct Turtleboy’s activities as leader of the “Free Karen” movement over the summer and early fall of 2023.
Turtleboy’s protests at the houses of witnesses and demands to change their stories and admit guilt in the case in exchange to bring an end to the protests led to his arrest for multiple felonies in October. Since then, the blogger has been raising funds for his defense and lashing out at Peter and others in the case on both his blog and YouTube live streams.
This is a breaking news story.
