Followers of “Turtleboy” Aidan Kearney (Turtleboy) were disappointed on Saturday as the self-described activist and freedom fighter cancelled his planned Saturday night live show due to stress related to complying with conditions of his probation that he feared would lead to jail time.
Kearney wrote on X (formerly Twitter): Hello everyone. I’m canceling the Live Show tonight. As much as I want to, I’m just not mentally up for it. The constant threats of doing 90 days in jail, being away from my children for Christmas, is too much pressure. Recent rulings from judges in court have shown that they will believe whatever lies police tell them, and don’t respect the first amendment. 99% of the charging documents are things I said on the live show. I know, and you know, that everything being used against me is taken out of context and will be shown as such in court. But these people are sick in the head, and would love nothing more than for me and Karen Read to be sitting in jail until trial. They will twist and lie about anything I say, and it’s clear that judges will blindly believe cops no matter what. They can’t do that with the stories I publish, which is where I am most effectice, so I will continue to write. I will defeat them with my journalism and in court. Good will triumph over evil in time, but we have to be smart about it. I am of no use to John okeefe or Karen Read if I am in jail.
The cancellation comes as Turtleboy faces the fallout of his loss in the Massachusetts court system last week. Turtleboy, who is facing multiple felony charges carrying up to 20 years in prison per charge, had his request to have the no contact order imposed as a condition of his bond lifted denied by Norfolk Superior Court Judge Peter Krupp.
Turtleboy No Contact Order Stands
Krupp questioned Turtleboy’s activities in protesting Karen Read’s murder charges and attempting to shift the blame to witnesses in the high-profile murder case. While Turtleboy attempted to claim that all of his actions in the “Free Karen” movement were covered under journalistic protections of the First Amendment, Krupp felt differently as Turtleboy was an active participant in the events he was reporting on and using his broadcasts to direct the “Free Karen” movement.
While Turtleboy may face 90 days in jail if he violates the no contact order, it is unclear if he was responding to a direct threat from police.
If no plea deal is reached, Turtleboy is expected to go on trial for witness intimidation and other charges in 2024.

Okay three things
He is fearing 90 days in jail? He could face 90 years if they through the book at him for all the charges.
This is stressing him out cause he might miss Christmas? He might miss the rest of his kids lives except through a glass partition from a jail cell. This is your grandchild… sorry you cannot hold them. Won’t fit between the bars
And to be clear, the judge does not have to impose 90 days for any violation, they can revoke his bail, period and watch him sit in jail until his trial next year. This is in the judges hands, should TB violate his parole. Just for those not watching, TB violates his parole with every instant he goes lives and comments on the witnesses. So it is only a matter of time before he finds out how jail feels. Unlike pretrial confinement, violating bail conditions does not count towards incarceration reduction.
“99% of the charging documents are things I said on the live show. I know, and you know, that everything being used against me is taken out of context”
Ask any lawyer, your lawyer will tell you, first thing,
SHUT UP
Simple, close your mouth and say nothing.
Anything you say, can and WILL be used against you. It is an exception to the hearsay rule and as such they tell you so in the Miranda warning he got when arrested. So what does he do? He goes live and starts to make threats against people. He broadcast his criminal intent to the world and thinks some sort of amendment will protect him?
“They can’t do that with the stories I publish, which is where I am most effectice, so I will continue to write”
Oh? can they not?
Give me a paragraph and I shall find a traitor. Or words to that effect…
Keep talking, writing and above all else, keep walking yourself back to a jail cell where inside, your mouth and attitude will earn you no love from other inmates. None at all.
