Paul Katrinak, attorney for Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini (Bacon) filed hundreds of pages of documents in response to Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s failure to reply to discovery in his lawsuit against Bacon, Team Skeptic, Kate Peter, and Daniel Clement.
After accusing DeCastro of skipping a scheduled deposition, the California based attorney filed three motions to compel DeCastro to take part in the Discovery process and a motion to compel him to provide a deposition along with four new hearings in the case to accompany each motion.

Hearing on Motion to Compel Deposition
DeCastro apparently failed to appear for a scheduled deposition because he now lives more than 150 miles from the site of the deposition, despite previously claiming to live in the Los Angeles area. While DeCastro had changed his address to his new Las Vegas mailing address in his Nevada based federal lawsuit, he had not notified anyone in his California Superior Court case of his move.
Katrinak’s frustration was apparent in the 220+ page document in which DeCastro objected to every question asked of him. DeCastro refused to provide any information about what he accused Bacon of doing, names of witnesses who may have been involved in the actions and even the nature of the accusations against Bacon.
DeCastro, who has previously declared that he had no interest in winning any of his lawsuits as long as he drains his opponents’ bank accounts, was also hit with a sanctions motion by Katrinak for $4,560.00, the cost of the work that went into the deposition session which DeCastro had previously skipped.
Special thanks to Discord users Biff Thundermuffin, Paul Berry, P Docs and Rico = OG Chilles Car for their help in obtaining the multiple documents filed by Katrinak.
