Scheduled hearings in the on-going DeCastro vs. Peter civil suit in the Superior Court of California hit a snag on Thursday as Jose “Chille” DeCastro failed to show up for his scheduled hearings to oppose motions by defendant Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini.
Judge H. Jay Ford III ordered Jose “Chille” DeCastro on Thursday to pay Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini $1,635.00 in sanctions and serve full and complete responses to Pierattini’s form interrogatories, set one.
