Attorney Edward Milo Schwab, representing Christopher “Denver Metro Audits” Cordova (DMA), filed a one-page notice of appeal with the United States District Court for the District of Colorado on Monday, indicating that he would be appealing the final judgement of the Court, the Court’s judgement on a motion to dismiss and the Court’s sentencing determination.
Schwab, whose previous filings have contained significant factual, style and grammar errors, continued his pattern by issuing the appeal with a misspelling of the word “Federal.” Schwab cites the “Fedearl (SIC) Rules of Criminal Procedure” in the document, again causing concern from observers of his competency in handling DMA’s case.
Once filed, the appeal will be heard by the Appeals Court for the District Court of Colorado.
