SEE MA, EVEN THE WWF RECYCLES!
The WWF is apparently recycling their old red, white, & blue tour busses with the image of that HH GUY on the side by repainting them with the image of that LL GUY surrounded by the red, white, & blue . . .
WCW NEWS BITS
With just minutes before the Beach Blast as the Ring Report goes to press we have an update on and a clarification off the Orlando tapings. As stated in last week’s report, RIC FLAIR should win the NWA World title from BARRY WINDHAM tonight at Beach Blast. Shortly after that Flair will lose the title to RICK RUDE.
THE HOLLYWOOD BLONDES should lose their NWA/WCW tag belts to PAUL ROMA & ARN ANDERSON on the same card and then they will lose the belts to THE NASTY BOYS, managed by MISSY HYATT. In other results from the taping, RICK STEAMBOAT will defeat PAUL ORNDORFF for the WCW TV title and then lose it to “LORD” STEVEN REGAL.
Confused? Well, the scoop is that they only filmed these wrestlers in interviews with the belts in question; the title matches DID NOT TAKE PLACE at the tapings, and until you actually SEE the matches don’t count on everything turning out exactly as planned.
IN WCW SHORT NEWS: A hot new rumor says that PAUL BEARER will enter the WCW in his roll of PERCY PRINGLE; personally, I think a Bearer/MAX PAYNE combination would have been a great shot at the WWF but it seems that it won’t happen . . . reports have HARLEY RACE expanding his stable of wrestlers to include the incoming team of THE COLOSSAL KONGS and the former prelim. YOSHI QUAN . . . and RIC FLAIR returned to singles action this Saturday night when he pinned TODD “DON’T CALL ME TONY” ZANE on WCW Saturday Night . . .

NOTES FROM THE MAD DOG
I’d like to express thanks to everyone out their who helped me last week when my CompuServe Information Manager went crazy during a thunderstorm. It was one of those “classic” Kodak moments that caused me to reload CIM on my computer several times and convinced me to upgrade to DOS 6.0 this week (a story itself beyond belief).
While I’m totally off of wrestling, I’m looking forward to “SHARK WEEK ’93” on THE DISCOVERY CHANNEL (starting tonight at 9 PM EST), you know, I think I finally found a job for Vince McMahon after he finally leaves the WWF: SHARK CAGE TESTER! See ya next time . . .
HAVE A GREAT WEEK!
