An unstable Jose “Chille” DeCastro lashed out at former partner Collin “Project Constitution” Campbell on Thursday after noticing a police officer in a video he was attempting to review had similar features to Campbell.
DeCastro was in the middle of a disastrous live infomercial on Thursday and having technical problems with the Restream broadcasting software when he noticed the officer in the background of the video.
It was DeCastro’s first attempt at a live infomercial using the software and he had grown increasingly frustrated with his own lack of preparation and planning for the stream and his inability to properly use the software.
Viewers had also noticed and negatively commented on the fact that the video feed from DeCastro’s camera was now ultrasharp, compared to the washed-out appearance of his previous StreamYard setup, showing every pore on DeCastro’s face, bags under his eyes and pock marks on his forehead which triggered the YouTuber further.
DeCastro used the perceived similarities between the officer in the video and Campbell to attack Campbell, pulling up a picture of Campbell on his phone, which he had readily available, and insulted Campbell’s physical appearance. He further claimed that Campbell was “strung out” on Methadone and was a convicted felon.
The diminutive YouTuber then directed his fans to go to Campbell’s Project Constitution TikTok page, which featured versions of DeCastro’s YouTube shorts. DeCastro ordered his followers to report Campbell’s page for impersonation and demonstrated on-screen how to file a report.
Ultimately, DeCastro made a new TikTok account for himself and became further enraged as multiple versions of the “DeleteLawZ” username had already been taken. The YouTuber then assured his viewers that all of his branding was now trademarked and copywritten and implied that he would soon be able to take action against those who would use it without permission.
DeCastro has had multiple TikTok channels removed in the past for violating TikTok’s policies. He claimed that TikTok robbed him of 1.5 million subscribers when they deleted his old channels.
The live infomercial was cut short as DeCastro, now filled with rage over the Campbell issue, was unable to figure out how to load the videos he had planned on sharing. DeCastro denounced the Restream software and promised he would be back on StreamYard in future broadcasts.

That was a total train wreck to watch. In order to celebrate I opened a new Twitter account to mock Delete Lawzzzzzzzz.
Ha ha. What an insufferable clown.
