On his Friday live Infomercial, future gubernatorial candidate Jose “Chille” DeCastro announced that he would be limiting roles of members of the LGBTQ community should he become governor.
DeCastro, who has yet to declare the state he intended to run in, indicated that he was concerned about members of the LGBTQ community becoming aroused when they search suspects and would limit their ability to do so because of that reasoning.
The YouTuber, who claimed to love his LGBTQ community members, played a video featuring a woman being pulled over for a suspected DUI and targeted the appearance of a female police officer, calling her a “dyke” and questioning her sexuality, which prompted his outburst.
DeCastro was unphased by critics in his side chat as he implored his audience not to believe negativity about him (including the incident that he just witnessed) as the Geo Group and “CivicCore” (presumably CoreCivic, formerly the Corrections Corporation of America), had conspired to run negative articles about him for profit.
The YouTuber blamed both groups for recent negative coverage and warned his audience that it would just get worse as more people realized that he had the power to be governor and bring change to policing as we know it.
DeCastro then again announced that he had trademarked his image and was in the process of copyrighting his image and he would soon be able to copyright strike any channel that featured his image as part of their thumbnail.
Announcing that he had brought on a specialist to monitor copyright, the YouTuber promised action soon to prevent others from illegally using his trademark and copyright.
It is unclear how DeCastro could gain the ability to copyright his own image as copyright is only valid for man-made creative ventures. DeCastro had made the same claims in 2022 on a live stream but ultimately set aside his efforts for unknown reasons.
