A day after Jose “Chille” DeCastro bitterly complained on his live stream about mistreatment at the hands of the Judges in his Federal Civil Rights lawsuits, the appeal of his recently dismissed Ohio based federal civil rights lawsuit moved forward on Monday as the attorneys for the defense filed appearances in the appeal.
Attorney Cassaundra L. Sark and Randall L. Lambert both filed and will be representing Lawrence County, Ohio, in the appeal. There was a technical issue with Sark’s filing as both attorneys used the same Pacer account to file their appearances and Sark has 24-hours to file from her personal PACER account to correct the error.
DeCastro is appealing the second dismissal of his lawsuit, claiming that new evidence presented by a forensic video expert will prove that his arrest for trespassing in the Ironton, Ohio, City Hall, which sparked the case, was done before the building actually closed, rendering his arrest moot.
The controversial YouTuber is expected to live stream on his YouTube channel later today.
