Masshole Troll Mafia leader Kate Peter released a brief video on Saturday highlighting a year since Jose “Chille” DeCastro sued her and First Amendment auditor Josh “Accountability for All” Abrams for harassment and defamation in a Massachusetts based federal civil rights lawsuit.
Peter’s video focused on the actions of “twenty-year life squandering scholar” Chille DeCastro over the past year and features clips of DeCastro bragging about his goals of forcing Peter and Abrams off of the internet and breaking them financially.
The video also features footage of DeCastro describing himself as cooperating with police when he was no knock raided by police in the early 2000’s for distributing of the so-called “date rape” drug gamma hydroxybutyric acid (GHB), a story that DeCastro no longer tells when he justifies his hatred of police due to the raid of his home.
In the clip, DeCastro says that police told him that children were dying from taking the drug and DeCastro immediately cooperated with them, telling them all the details of his usage of the drug and the operation involving distribution of the drug which ultimately led to five felony charges against him.
DeCastro lawsuit was sparked by a Masshole Troll Mafia live stream in which Peter accused him of distributing the so-called date rape drug, which he admitted in the clip, along with a multitude of incidents over the summer of 2022 between the two camps.
The lawsuit, which later morphed into a federal copyright lawsuit that would involve YouTube/Google itself and attempted to involve a multitude of YouTube creators as “John Doe” defendants, was ultimately dismissed in July of this year due to DeCastro’s inability to state a claim against any of the defendants in the lawsuit.
DeCastro has revived his initial lawsuit against Peter, dropping Abrams from the suit, and adding Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini, Team Skeptic and Daniel Clement, in California Superior Court with only Pierattini acting as an active defendant. The next hearing in that case is scheduled for December.
Peter finished her video by thanking her followers for supporting her over the past year and for supporting her financially in the lawsuit. She promised that she would not be silenced as the video ended and promised that her fight against narcissists and bullies was just getting started.
