After a Tuesday that saw Jose “Chille” DeCastro hurl fire and brimstone at fellow auditors Lackluster, Josh Abrams and SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes, DeCastro retreated from his positions on his Wednesday live infomercial.
DeCastro had scheduled an exposé on YouTuber Lackluster for early afternoon on Wednesday, canceling, rescheduling, and canceling it again with messages stating, “I cannot air this today” and “There are real reasons. I can’t air this right now.”
The YouTuber was much more subdued in his Wednesday live infomercial, repeating only stories with new twists and claiming that “the N Word with a hard R” was socially acceptable for a white person to say until George Floyd’s death in 2020.
DeCastro mused on the subject on the racial slur, stating that no one in his community had been offended by his use of it and that while he no longer uses it, he doesn’t apologize for his previous use of the word, and is moving forward now that he feels it is not socially acceptable.
He then addressed his belief that he would soon have a “seven figure settlement” from Police in Nevada from either his current lawsuit against the Las Vegas Metro Police, or his soon to be filed lawsuits against the Nevada State police or a second lawsuit against the Las Vegas Metro Police.
The YouTuber did not reveal any details on the lawsuit he said he had filed on Tuesday, after refiling his Ironton, Ohio, civil rights lawsuit in Nevada on Monday, and seemed to gloss over his remaining promised lawsuits against Lackluster, Josh Abrams, Reyes, and others.
DeCastro addressed his shipping difficulties and updated that he was now printing out “Hand. Cancel” stickers to go on new shipments of his “indestructible” trifolds and 5a Cop Cards. The YouTuber admitted that he was still receiving returned mail as envelopes containing his Cop Cards and trifolds were still being “mangled” by sorting machines used by the United States Post Office.
Rounding out his life infomercial, DeCastro spent over 20 minutes addressing nearly a dozen complaints about orders from his chatroom, looking up order numbers and providing customer service requests to a multitude of chatters who had yet to receive their orders.
DeCastro indicated that his fans should be patient and contact him directly during his live infomercials should they not receive their orders.
The YouTuber is scheduled in Court on Thursday, March 7, 2024, in California Superior Court for a hearing in his lawsuit against Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini, Kate Peter, Team Skeptic and Daniel Clement. DeCastro has yet to amend his complaint to add Lackluster and Josh Abrams as defendants, as previously promised.

I hear alot about how many subscribers Chile has and how the majority of them are manufactured. Just how many views and watchers are there for his livestreams currently? I’m glad Jim Finch has the time (not to mention patience) to watch them, because I can think of tons of things that I would rather do.
Chille gets between 300-500 viewers during his live streams. All his sub numbers come from his shorts, that never translate over into live stream viewers.
If his expose about Lackluster is about his felony for heroin possession, that is not an expose. Neither is the fact that his California paramedic license was subsequently revoked for being a danger to the community. A paramedic who is high on heroin is not what you want if you’re injured falling down the steps.
Now you know why Lackluster despises authority, rules and laws and why he wants his pound of flesh. Sorry if I stole your thunder, Jose Maria.
Same reasons it seems Chillito DeCastro hates cops. He was busted for GHB and held accountable for harassing females in his life. Of course there are many others contributing factors to his obvious issues. Being fired from his only acting job before it even started, being involved in failed sketchy “business dealings” among some things. Who really cares to delve deep into him, he is a fool but if he keep sputting himself out there…well, it’s fair game.
