Now branding himself by the TikTok moniker @tennessee_tyrant_hunter,” Jeremiah Payne released a video on Friday of an encounter with Clarksville, Tennessee, police.
The 10-minute video was marked with an overlay reading “Do not remove again Tick Tok” and featured Payne approaching a Clarksville, TN, police car in which an officer had left a computer screen facing the driver side window.
Payne was asked to back away from the vehicle and the officer attempted to back Payne away from the car. The Tennessee Tyrant Hunter screamed at both police officers on scene while telling his fans to call flood complaints about the officer.
Claiming that his wife’s information was displayed on the screen, Payne bantered with the officers for several minutes, demanding a sergeant on scene to file a complaint against the officers. The second officer on the scene said he could request one, but it did not mean that the officers had to comply with his request.
Payne attempted to debate if asking to step away from a police vehicle was a lawful order while insulting and threatening the officers with a lawsuit in now standard behavior. Payne later claimed that his arm was cut when the police officer briefly touched him to move him away from the police vehicle.
It is unclear when the video was shot but seemed new to Payne’s YouTube channel. It has been viewed 396 times as of press time.
