Jeremiah Payne released a new YouTube video on Monday featuring encounter with a police officer who had come to inform Payne and wife Samantha that they were no longer welcome in a Kroger supermarket in Kentucky.
The officer approached the Paynes along with their daughter and dog Chicken Nugget, in the shopping center and claimed that the manager at Kroger had told him that Samantha had previously been trespassed from the store and was no longer welcome to shop there.
Both Paynes denied ever being trespassed from the Kroger and told the police officer that they knew there would be a situation as Samantha had informed a store manager that the six-packs of bottled soda were mispriced as twelve packs of canned soda.
After exchanging pleasantries with the officer, he suggested that they use on-line shopping to have their groceries delivered to avoid being on Kroger’s property. As the officer was unsure if the pair had actually be trespassed, he asked them not to return to the store as they could then be trespassed by management.
Jeremiah Payne threatened to sue Kroger based on the actions of the manager, but later backed away from the idea, appearing more insulted that the officer or employees thought that the family was homeless rather than shoplifters.
Payne recently released an on-the-job video of his new job, apparently stacking processed wood while on a work site. He claimed that the job would keep him away from auditing at the time. It is uncertain if Payne is still employed or where the family is presently staying in the Kentucky area.
