Jose “Chille” DeCastro again stated that he would open fire on any police officer who entered his property again on Wednesday, this time stating that he would do so if he felt that the officer lacked “probable cause” to charge him with a crime.
DeCastro’s statements are the latest in a series of troubling comments by the YouTuber in relation to the police as he had previously stated that he would open fire with his AR-15 on police who entered his dwelling if he could not confirm that they were real with police dispatch and if they lacked a warrant for his arrest.
In Wednesday’s live infomercial, DeCastro said, “”in real life, you have no chance. Be real careful what you do” to potential police who would come for him. He then advised his audience that in “some states – Florida” citizens had the right to attack police on the level of force used against them.
It is unclear what laws DeCastro was referring to with his comments, but they only add to the on-going anti-police threats and statements the YouTuber has been making this week following his claim that he had been paid “thousands of dollars” to give a speech “in the South” for Turning Point USA.
On Wednesday’s live infomercial, DeCastro left a voice mail message for the Chief of Police in Andalusia, Alabama, stating that he hated the officer and that he may pay a visit to the officer and file a civil rights lawsuit against the police force on behalf of Twyla Stallworth, an Andalusia resident who was arrested in February for refusing to show her identification to police.
This was one of a series of calls DeCastro has made in recent days in which he has threatened lawsuits on behalf of others, often without the consent of the subjects of the lawsuits.
DeCastro offered no updates on the lawsuit threat made to the Cook County, Illinois, Tax Assessor’s office earlier in the week on behalf of the auditor known as Audit Them. DeCastro had previously attempted to crowd source for a volunteer to visit the office on Tuesday to see if anti-recording signs were taken down before filing suit on behalf of Audit Them after Audit Them declined to do so.
In other DeCastro news, the YouTuber announced that he may be releasing a list of his ratings of the most popular first amendment auditors. DeCastro said that he may put the list up on his YouTube community page listing his feelings on the other auditors and telling his fans which auditors were “trash.”
DeCastro attacked his fellow auditors, claiming that most were “former felons who picked up a camera.” The YouTuber expressed scorn for James Madison Audits and YouTuber James Freeman as part of his “list” but has yet to release the rest of the list to the public.
